Klik Studio ("we") is a content production studio for the iGaming industry. This policy explains what personal data we collect through klik.studio and in the course of client work, and how we handle it.

2. Data We Collect

Contact details you share via forms or messengers (name, work email, company, Telegram handle), our correspondence, and technical data collected automatically — IP address, browser type and pages visited — via analytics tools.

3. How We Use Data

To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and invoice services, improve our website and — only with your consent — send occasional updates about our work.

4. Legal Bases

We process data to perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests in running and improving our business, comply with legal obligations, or on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Sharing

We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — hosting, analytics and communication tools — under data processing agreements, or where disclosure is required by law.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Contractual and billing records are retained for as long as legislation requires.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to privacy@klik.studio — we respond within 30 days.
